  1. You'll want the either the transcript or the 1040. Usually most websites email you a copy of your 1040 or you can pull it up at a later date.

Either way if you have time, go ahead and just order a transcript. Then you won't need W2's or the 1040. It's all on the transcript.

That transcript is it 100% sure that they will accept it?

    thanks

  2. Do I really need to have the 1040 tax form or just the front page of turbo tax that states that I did my tax?

I lost my file for my tax form and the only hard copy that I have is the front page of turbo tax that I sent to IRS and state tax.

I still have my w-2 and my parents w-2 for affidavit of support.

    thanks

  3. Hi everyone

I m trying to fill up my affidavit of support for my fiancee I am a little over the poverty line and my parents wants to be sure that we dont get questioned if I can support my fiancee.

They are willing to co sponsor for my petition for my fiancee and I am not sure what forms do they need to fill up, is it I-134 or the I-864.?

If they use the I-134 whose name they gonna put in "3.This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person"? my name or my fiancee name?

    thank you

  4. Hello! We have pretty much the same situation, however sorry to say I'm still waiting for the NOA2 so I can't give you much advise. I do know that it varies between U.S. Embassies from country to country on whether they approve on co-sponsors.

Most countries I believe either allow it, or some approve them on case-to-case basis.

Are you listed as a dependent on your parent's tax returns?

I'm 22 but since I was a full-time student, my dad has been putting me as a dependent on his taxes.

I'm using both my mom and dad as co-sponsors.

I know a girl personally here, who was able to do the same but her fiance was from the Philippines and she was also pregnant at the time.

Anyways, she used her parents as co-sponsors and her fiance is already here and they're married.

Im sorry to jump on the thread, what form did your parents use for co-sponsor? is it I-134 or I-864?

  5. When I see the steps in here why is it different in the uscis website?

Do I really need to put like cover letter to submit the 129 f form?

When I put it in a envelope what needs to be on that envelope besides the 129f form?

    thank you
