Finally got the interview letter for my mom (her interview will be at the Consulate in TAIPEI, TAIWAN), but I have some questions:

yes, I submitted DS-260 online on 3/15 as well and also mailed DS-230 same day since I had filled it out before I realized that they don't need DS-230 anymore, but no harms to send it anyway.

I sent out corrected 864ez form (fixed the total income) and IV package in the speared envelopes for different Dept of NVC per their request on 3/15. Couple days ago I got email from NVC indicated that they have reviewed my IV package, but just waiting for my 864ez form. So apparently the two departments don;t talk to each other, Unfortunately, I lost the USPS tracking number, so I am just hoping that they do have my corrected 864ez form, but not yet get to review it and file it. It's been 3 weeks, should I call NVC to confirm the status? but since I don't have the tracking number for the mail what would i say to them?

Below are the contents of the checklist, they didn't say anything wrong with the online DS-230 FORM or the civil documents, does this mean once they got the corrected 864ez FORM they will be able to close the case and schedule the interview date?

I just filled in online DS-230 for my mom about two weeks ago, the thing is she is over 60 years old and she doesn't remember all the addresses that she had lived before, so I just put the approximately start/end month and towns (without street names), hopefully this will not be an issue.

a photocopy of all civil docs? Does this mean we have to make a copy for all docs that we need to send to NVC and include those copy in the same envelope?

one more question, the form 1040 was the form that we saved before we submit to IRS, so I mean I just print it out and sign? no proof from IRS should be fine?

I am about to submit Form I-864ez for my mom. But I am not sure how many docs I should send out with the form.

1. Form 1040, most recent year? or past three years?

2. W2 same question AS ABOVE

3. I am qualify to sponsor my mom solo, but my husband file the tax with me together, so do I need to request solo tax return form from IRS for myself or it's fine to use the one with my husband's name on it (joint return)?

4. Other than 1040 and W2, should I also include my pay stubs?

My mom is also planing to come to US after her I 130 has been approved, but she is not working so how could she approve that she has intention to leave US? show officer the petition documents? Thanks a lot.

But I do want to know if she comes to US now will be considered of immigration fraud?

I submitted I-130 petition for my mom in April 2013, then got the approval notice in Dec. 2013. Now the case has been transferred to NVC. After waited for 30 days, I contacted with NVC and they said they will send NVC processing instructions within 30 day.

I know it will take few more months to get the interview for my mom at AIT (now she is in Taiwan). The question is can she enter US now with the B2 visa? will this be considered of immigration fraud? or should we just wait for all the processes done?
