My wife and son finally arrived in U.S.The information on Visa Journey was really helpful.

I got married in church on dec 21,2013 in Nigeria.The USCIS is requesting for certificate of form E.I have only church certificate.I believe the church is licensed with Corporate affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria.I did not do court wedding in Nigeria.Anybody that can advise me on what to do next will be appreciated.Thanks

Hi everyone.i filed the form I-130 for my wife in May.the petition is still at initial review when I checked last with the case no given to me.My wife and I are expecting our first child,do I file another petition for the baby upon arrival or what do I need to do?comments and answers highly appreciated.thanks

Thanks everyone for the answer.I am a legal permanent resident;my wife and I had the baby on September to the glory of God.I will be due for citizenship by 2015 January,I believe I should be able to include him in my spouse's petition.
