My wife won a DV lottery of last year. The problem is that she sent the required form to KCC with the name of our son that was not previously included in the initial entry. On getting to the US embassy in Nigeria we were advised by the people at the consulate that we should continue with the VISA processing that it will amount to disqualification.
My question now is can we not strike out our son while the two of us (husband and wife) be allowed to continue the process.
