  1. Hi There,

I was wondering how much evidence I need to provide to show that we have personally met within the last two years. I have lots of pictures of us together on some vacations we took, but they are not dated. Do I need to write in the dates on these pictures. I also have flight itineraries showing that I travelled to and from France within the last two years.

I would appreciate any feedback about what others have sent in as proof, and what has worked for you.

Also, what are we required to say in our "original statements? Are these statements supposed to show our intent to marry each other? Is there anything else we can provide to show our intent?

Do our "original statements" need to be signed? Is it OK if I mail in a photocopy of her original statement, so that she doesn't have to mail it to me from France?

I know there are lots of questions here, but I just want to make sure to get it right.

    Best Regards,

  2. Well, it seems like G-325A is my big project for this Saturday night.

Anybody know how to get the Adobe software to fill out all 4 pages, so I don't have to write this out by hand 4 times?

I filled out the first page very quickly, and then the other three pages were locked, so I can't type anything in?

If I don't figure this out, at least I can work on my penmanship.

Also, I can't seem to save the work, to come back to it later. Every time I close the file, it is blank when reopened.

Even if I save it under a different name.

I'm sure someone here knows how to work this.

    Thanks in advance!!

  3. I finished one page of the G-325A in Adobe, and now the other 3 pages won't let me enter any text.

Is there some way I can get Adobe to just copy the data to the other 3 pages?

When I started filling it out, I was never prompted by the software to see if I would like it to autofill the other pages.

I would prefer to type this information out, so if anybody knows how I can get Adobe to behave the way I want it to, please help.

    Best Regards,

    CM

  4. no if you are a USC you dont have a A#, if you were naturalized into a USC then you have 1 .. somewhere.. but if you were born and raised you don't have an A#.. If your fiance never came to the states on a visa of any sort then she will not have an A# either.

She was here on a J-1 visa last year, working as an Au Pair. So, I guess that means she has one. Where can I find this number?

    Thanks for your fast response!

The A# is issued by the USCIS, NOT the State Department. If she had a J1 visa, she does NOT have an A#. Just put "None" for both you and her. When you redo the G-325A for AOS, you will then have an A# for her to use.

    Thank You!!

  6. Hello again,

I noticed that the instructions for the I-129F tell me to answer all questions fully and accurately, and to fill in items that are not applicable with "N/A"

However, the form has some questions that you only need to answer under certain circumstances. Like, it asks to fill in a question only if I am in the armed forces. Or, it asks to answer a question if my fiancee is currently in the United States.

Can I leave these conditional questions blank, or do I have to fill in every single blank space on this form with N/A, if it is something that does not apply to my situation?

I just want to make sure I do it right, because I know that the people reviewing this form will probably be quite picky about how it is filled out.

    Thanks,
