So my fellow Augustines that have been left behind. I've been calling USCIS to bug them regularly. On the USCIS website under average processing times for the California Service Center it is showing in the graphical bar 7 months from NOA1 to approval. Also if you search for the table it says that CSC is currently working on I-130's for a U.S. citizen filing for a spouse from August 1st, 2013. This was reported as of January 31, 2014. So let's see it's been almost 2 months since then and they haven't been able to get to our case (NOA1 August 6, 2013). I spoke with tier 1 initially and he tried to tell me they were being processed in the order that they were received, I actually laughed at him a little bit over the phone. After I explained this to him he told me he couldn't put in a service request because his system would not allow him to do it because the date posted on the website was not past our date yet (by 5 measly days). I asked him if it was worth my speaking with a tier 2 about and he said no they wouldn't be able to do anything, so I hung up. Then I picked up the phone and called right back and spoke with a tier 2 and they put in a service request right away after I explained how what they were posting on the website was incorrect! And that it couldn't possibly take 2 months to process 5 days worth of applications. They told me that I should hear something back in a few weeks which will be the first week of April.
Good luck to you all, hopefully they'll remember to approve the rest of us soon!

I never got a text/email, but just checked the USCIS website and we've been transferred!!!!! Looks like they made it through a bunch today!

OK PARTY PEOPLE IN THE HOUSEEEE!
"On February 3, 2014, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action."
PD 6th Aug. We had an 129F filed in January. We filed from Australia both USC and 'alien'.
All the August babies are getting their dancing shoes on!!!!
I'm having another glass of wine.

Well if what you're saying is true... And our date for our 129f is 27 Jan... You think they'd do the same thing to our petitions? Doesn't make sense to I think someone else in the same situation as me already discussed this with you, sorry to repeat!
So I'm hoping it's not true I don't believe it's true... Once again, fingers crossed.
Man, I dunno how you're doing this while you're pregnant. You should get automatic priority or something. Well that's what I would want!
Good luck to you and your family! It seriously won't be long now

Also just wanted to add that we are getting so excited
I think Aditya is right, well at least statistically.
May, June and July have all been transferred so surely we are up next. I can almost smell our transfer...

Important Notice:When both petitions have been approved by USCIS and sent to the NVC or when USCIS approves the I-130 before the I-129F, the availability of, as well as the need for, a nonimmigrant K-3 visa ends. If the NVC receives both an approved I-130 petition and an approved I-129F petition:
The nonimmigrant K-3 visa case will be administratively closed. The application process explained below will not be available to the foreign-citizen spouse and cannot be used. The NVC will contact the U.S. citizen sponsor and foreign-citizen spouse, with instructions for processing the IR-1 (or CR-1) immigrant visa.
