Mine was upgraded less 60 days. We had already sent our docs in one package last october 14 (scanned date) waiting atleast 60 days to review. I wish we dont get checklist. Just keep on praying. You will get your case number soon! Goodluck to everyone. ?

Hello Guys. I have noticed that they are reviewing DS261 which is only the choice of agent??? But when i completed the ds261 i have now pay the Aos fee after 2 days it shows paid then i can pay the IV fee after 2 days it was shows paid as status. Then can fill up the da260 Then we sent our documents in one package and wait atleast 60 days to review. I hope we dont get a checklist. ? i will wait till december 12th. Just keep on praying guys. Everything will be fine in Gods time.

You could send them together you may put in attention is DR. Here's the address. You may find this also in travel.state.gov as NVC wat to send the documents in one package. Like what we did

We sent mine in one package. Because NVC want to send them together. It may cause of delay if they you dont sent them in one package. Good luck.

We sent mine last august 21 and it was upgraded last september 28.

Hello can somebody help me we are ready to send our aos package. But im really confuse to the employment letter of my husband. The HR manager only indicated the "$$$$ monthly salary draw of against commissions" i know they can predict the annual salary with the commisions since they are salespersons and its depends on their sales. But his basic salary is over poverty line without commission.

But somebody told me its okay to have this since in i-864ez for item 18 and item 19 will be the same as indicated to the IRS tax transcript in line 4 (1040ez). I thought NVC want the annual salary in employment letter is same as in ITR. Pls help me.

Hi Sivin. I think it was upgraded but there is no formal letter from NVC. We had received a welcome letter and proceed to the next step last Sept 29, 2014. But i had already filled up the da261 choice of agent. And now we had received an email from NVC that we can pay now the fees. thanks God!

Still waiting to upgrade the petition. The NVC emailed back to me last week that our request is currently under review. Atleast they have been touched our request. I am more positive next week they will upgrade the petition . Its our 37 days now. Good luck to us guys!

I had follow up the NVC about our request to upgrade. They just told me its still under review. Its been 30 days since we sent our request letter. I hope soon they will upgrade my category. Good luck to us!

Thank you so much for wishing me luck! We had already sent the request letter for upgrading the petition. NVC told us wait for 30 days and atleast two weeks. And when we followed up them by call they told us to wait atleast now in 60 days. i wish it will upgrade soon. I really miss my hubby.

Hi me too my hubby is trying to film out the form i-864ez i think it doesnt matter what form he was filed. You have to make sure that there is no independent in his ITR

Congrats!! I wish were on the same stage. But we are still waiting for the next step from NVC. We just sent our request letter to upgrade my petition.

Hello Guys, my hubby got his citizenship and mailed the copy of his naturalization certifcate and copy of our NOA2 to NVC last august 21. NVC confirmed they have received our request letter. Yesterday my husband called them to ask if they already upgraded my petition from f2a to cr1/ir1. They told us to wait atleast 30 business day and atleast 10 days to upgrade it. I dont understand why we have to wait within 30days. Is it standard answer that they can give to us whatever we are asking to them. I hope you could share your experience on this. Thank you! Dg

My hubby filed a petition for me under f2a category. Our pd is January 3,2014. It was approved last february 24,2014 from CSC. NVC received our petition last March 5,2014. We have already my case number and INvoice id number. Its been 6 months thats my petition is still in NVC. Now my hubby is now a us citizen he got his certificate of naturalization. He will send a letter by tomorrow to NVC to upgrade his petition to me from f2a to IR enclosed with copy of naturalization and copy of NOA2. I wish it will fast the processing of my paper. Hi my hubby had gone with his interview last august 18, 2014 in sacramento. And his oath taking ceremony will be tomorrow August 20,2014. OMG he was exempted to wait scheduled him for oath taking.

My hubby sent his n400 application to uscis last may 1st ,2014. He received a notice that they have already his application. Please see his timeline:

Sent PCKG: May 1, 2014

PD: May 5,2014

NOA letter received: May 7,2014

Fingerprints appoinment scheduled: June 6, 2014

My hubby is unable to attend oh his scheduled date for biometrics. Because he will be out of the country on that period. So he did early walkin to the USCIS local office it was great. He just received his biometrics appointment last may 20 then done with his fingerprinting last may 21,2014. Now we are still waiting for his letter interview. Goodluck to everyone!

Hi. My husband is planning to upgrade his petition to me from f2a to IR1. According to visa bulletin. It may retrogress on the last quarter or july.

Yea... His NOa2 should come March 11 or 13. Why do you think we wont wait for PD to be current?

Because the cut off date is sept 2013. For this FIscal. US homeland will release a new number of visa.

How long it will take to receive a letter from nvc. USCIS was sent the petition last feb 24, 2014. We are still waiting. Who among you are already sent their AOS to the NVC. ? Thank you.
