Thank you for replying to my post. To file change of status all the forms that you have sent in the attachment; do they have to be mailed together? The wife is the us citizen and the husband is Bosnian, he is in america right now on visit visa. So can she apply for change of status here and what order do the forms have to be filled and mailed??

If any one has any knowledge of this situation please help me. We need to file for a spouse who was married out of the US then came to America on a visit visa. What forms will we need to use to file the Change of Status of the Visa. The individual prefers to have the interview in America. If this is possible how long will the process take. Thank You.

The nvc operater has informed me that the administrative process is over. He also told me that i will need a new medical. Do you have any idea how soon the embassy might contact us?

I had my interview in July, 2014. Our case was placed in the administrative process and still is in the process. Unfortunately since then our joint sponsor, my wife's father, has passed away. My wife is a student. Will this cause a problem? Should we tell the embassy? What should we do?
