For gods sake of course he can come and visit you....its a free world and also the fact that immigration have no idea that you are going through this process.....their computers say nothing.Dont listen to the people on here who get all worried and negative about this.I was over in the states only 2 weeks ago and i was approved while i was there so it goes to show they have no evidence that you are applying for a fiance visa............

no sorry you are wrong...left finger right finger bit means that she has had her prints done...as well as looking into the camera.This is what they do now in us poe's.I have just come from the us and for gods sake dont say anything to them...let them ask you the questions.....its no big deal...just be friendly to them.....you are only asking for ####### if you mention about the visa.Just say you are visiting family or friends.

what is AOS interview?

Yes sydney is the only place in australia that does the interview so its just bad luck if you live further away.....Im on the gold coast so its not too bad for me when i go soon....

No he doesnt if he doesnt have any.I f he does then get him to take them but when I had my medical I had nothing with me as I had moved countries......the doctor just gives you a few jabs to make sure and cover immunisation

Yes but its no biggie to have a few needles in you....i had a few cause i had no medical records with me

Yes I had my medical done by the only doctor you can go to in queensland and I had information sent to me before I had the medical by email from the sydney consulate so its all okay believe me.....It cost enough to have it done...in total it was about $450 which included the doctors fees,blood tests at pathology and a chest xray which was just under $100 alone

I will be receiving my packet 3 soon as well.As far as the medical goes i had mine done last november....first i had a medical with the doctor then i had to go to pathology to get my blood tests completed and then up to the hospital to get a chest xray....in total i guess it took about 2 hours...no more than that.
