Our call in letter was mailed to me, the petitioner. I used this email: ivdvaccra@state.gov They didn't respond until after my fiancé picked up his appointment package

I'm confused. What is the call-letter for Ghana? He's not received anything and it's been a month. I, the petitioner, received a letter saying my fiancé can go the the Embassy and pick up an appointment package. Is this the call-in letter or should he receive something else? I've emailed but haven't gotten a response yet. Thought it might be quicker to ask fellow visa journey members.

He has reason to return home but his home, work, and bank is in Nigeria. I'm asking will it appear as if he has no reason to return if he's applying in his home country of Ghana not Nigeria?

Question: My boyfriend lives and works in Nigeria but is a Ghana citizen. He wants to come visit US. Will he have problems getting a visitor's visa from Ghana since he has nothing to show he'll go back? He will return to Nigeria. Should he try applying through Nigeria sinces he lives and works there? Help!!! Any suggestions?
