How to get the nbi letter of explanation??

Do i have to make an appointment for my dads cfo??

Cant sign up for cfo

I called yesterday the lady said that she cant access my dad case probably theyre reviewing the document they received cenomar and nbi letter of explanation may 23

So that means we have to get the letter of explanation and send it to them coz they said theyll take care of the nbi

My dad interview was may 12 and consul said that it was approve when he went to the last window the guy said he need to get a cenomar and nbi letter of explanation so after the interview he went straight to nso and get the cenomar the lady said theyre the one that will send the cenomar to usem but the nbi letter of explanation the guy said he doesnt have to do anything coz theyre the one that will request to nbi and nbi will send the letter to usem directly then he said to just go home and wait for the visa within 2-4 days its been 2 week and we havent got the visa and when i check it online it just keep updating to administrative processing saying to send the document thru 2go..i dont know what to do now

I called monday and the case was complete same day march 31 and called again yesterday twice and gave me a interview date

just dont plan on buying plane ticket yet coz u may never know... just wait til u get ur visa packet..
