Great, my husbands visa was issued yesterday and is in transit now. Also he bought his ticket for next Saturday

We're done with out interview... we passed. Gonna wait for the visa now...

We still have over 10 hours to wait.. I'm worried sick, what if my husband won't pass it ? I don't think I will sleep tonight..

I know that 10 hours sounds silly, but I can't help myself..

NVC accepted my 2nd AOS, my wife did not bring any evidence showing my income I did know she should.

So maybe sending some recent paystubs will be enough for them?. I can't understand why they want joint sponsor.. You make enough, and they accepted your AOS recently..

Hello Guys my wife went to the interview today the office told my wife I need a joint sponsor because my income is not enough,I can't understand because im making $37k ,according to the 2015 poverty guideline a household of 4 is is $24,250.

What should I do?

Do I have to send my pay stub and my employer letter?

Do I need to get a joint sponsor?

Do the join sponsor has to fill AOS form if yes which one?

If joint sponsor fill the AOS from do they need the original one or copy?

Do joint sponsor need to give copy of his pay stub or what?

I am disappointed she has to mail the required document to the embassy,God knows how long it gonna take after that

I don't understand it either.. Did NVC accepted you AOS ? Did your wife had any evidence showing your current income? I'm so sorry for you, but she will get visa as soon as you send them extra docs, so don't worry too much:)

guys, anyone from here who received letter from NVC rescheduling the interview date? I got mine just this morning, supposedly my interview will be next week, and now they said it will be on freaking aug 27. :cry:thats additional 3weeks waiting. whats wrong with them?

We only received a call from embassy about rescheduled interview date, but in our case it was rescheduled to earlier date.

You must feel so frustrated now.. I know how inpatient I am right now, and I can't even imagine how mad I'll get if they will postpone out interview by few weeks !

Hi, my husband's interview is also on August 6th

I have a question to others that are goigg to have interview soon, are you going to take updated i864 ? I changed job in May and in old job I was earning less so I was for I864 I did household income ( my income combined with my parents income as I live with them). But now I earn more than 125 % poverty line and could support my husband myself. I'm just wondering is it better to leave everything as it is or to take new I864 to interview.. ?

What do you think ?

And if you didn't and your date will be current in next VB you will probably get it in next few days so don't worry too much.

I just called got my interview date august 10th pd November 7th

Did u received your IL already? i think ur pd is current.

No, not yet. I got CC on June 1st, so even that my PD is current, they didn't schedule interview in July for me.

I'm going to start calling NVC on next Friday.

Scan date is the date NVC received your AOS and IV documents. They will notify you via email.

Mine is May 22ND... Waiting for case complete.

Can somebody plz tell me when to expect my case to be completed?

Usually it takes around 30 days.

I'm going to call at the end of next week, as my PD is already current. So maybe they will have some news for me next week..

Did you get any update ? ( I mean people with early Nov PD).

So they have nothing scheduled for me yet.. CSR said that Dublin embassy sends NVC a list of free interview slots for following month(they do it twice a month). So she said that potentially they might still schedule our interview for July.

What's your Priority Date? I hope they schedule your interview this coming week. good luck and keep us posted!

I'm so excited ! My date is current !! I'm on hold with NVC right now. I'm only worried that because I got CC on June 1st they won't schedule interview for July..

Anybody who has changes in their CEAC. Mine is still the same.... 1 N/A.

No changes for me. Still 2 N/A's one at the financial documents, other one at civil documents. And my case is closed.

I really hope that tomorrow we will see Visa Bulletin.

Hey, am also on the same boat. F2A - priority date 27th Sep 2013. Case still not completed. After 90 days of submitting the documents, when I called NVC yesterday about my case , they said they are getting ready to send me a checklist about police certificate. I didn't get any checklist till now. Now I am getting ready to wait for another 60-90 days for them to review my Police Certificate and get my case completed. This process has definitely taught patience.

I have got a checklist about a police certificate, and after sending the police cert I got a CC in around 30 days.. So maybe it won't be that long.. I'm so sorry for you. I know how annoyed I was when I got a checklist because of stupid police cert, and then waiting and couldn't understand how reviewing ONE piece of paper can take that long.. You just have to be strong, and remember it's almost the end of that long way

I'm going to call NVC on Monday, but I don't think I will hear any news as they only closed my case on june 1st.
