My wife and I were finally able to complete the out of country items(medical/interview/visa receipt) for her CR-1 visa and she was able to enter the US on April 1st. I incurred some issues with the ELIS payment(ended up paying twice because their system didn't ever receive our first payment). So the green card fee was paid on April 2nd. Around what time frame should we expect the permanent residency card to arrive(note we already received her SSN this week)?

Both my I-130 and I-129F cases were transferred to California earlier this month. My I-129F case got updated for RFE two days ago.

Is this normal for the I-129F case to get looked at first, because I don't understand why a "temporary approval" would be more worth the USCIS time when the I-130 case packet is right there with it.

PD 7/3 got the letter in the mail transferred to CA.

Praise God, got a message less than a minute ago stating that our case was transferred. Awaiting the supplemental emails to determine where.

They are screwing over all filers between July 26-July 30th too.

I have never been more disappointed in any system more than immigration. After waiting the 2 hours hold time for contacting a Tier 2, they provided me no more information than the tier 1. "Oh July filers may have to wait up to four more months to be approved"

Why???

Other July packages have been either transferred or approved but they can't tell me a damn thing about mine. This process is so corrupted.

I also scheduled an appointment at the local USCIS closest to me but earliest date available was the 3rd of February.

Unsure, I am out of the country for work and my copy of NOA 1 is back in the US.

Anybody else PD close to 7/3/2013 who still has not gotten transferred?

Spoke to generic representative at the USCIS #, she could only provide me the same status as what my online status states as well as what NBC had previously reported as of October, that they were on February at that time. If they were on February in October they should be on June by now, right?

Been seeing several with PD after ours(7/3/13) and am pondering if NBC will be our approving site or if we will be in the stack of applicants to transfer whenever they get to our package.

If no change by next week I think I'm going to have to end up making an appointment at the Dallas office to speak to a rep face-to-face. Maybe I could get a warmy/fuzzy status then.

For those receiving transfers are you receiving notice via text, email, uscis site or snail mail?

I have updates via text/email selected on my case online but alas have no updates from either.

Obviously it's up to the luck of which stack a particular package is in, but should I expect any transfer/updates any time soon(NOA1 12Jul2013).

Where do you locate your priority date, is it the date that the I-797C was issued or is it the date that your case was updated regarding the A-number change(even though no A-# actually exists) ???
