I have all the papers that the consul might ask, like the AOS, passport size photo, chatlogs, WU receipt, W-2's, and a lot more.......but the only thing they ask from me is the NBI and the Cemar....american consul just look at our pictures and that's it, there is really nothing to get nervous. Hi everyone!! i just want to share about my status at NVC we send the AOS package and IV package to NVC last May 28, im wondering why until now the status in CEAC for AOS and IV package is still N/A is this normal or do i need to call NVC and ask them about this? anyone who has the same situation? i would love to hear it, thanks in advance.............

Yes, you need an I-864 (AOS) from the joint sponsor with supporting documents.

Hi everyone! my husband has a co sponsor, i know that my husband need to send the Affidavit of Support with his original signature, his W-2's and 1040 form, i just want to ask if the co sponsor need to send me same papers that i need to bring for the interview? Please i want to know about this so bad, is there someone who knows about this? Do i need to ask an Affidavit of support and copy of his W-2's and 1040 form for my interview?

and also get a schedule on the month of June, if you don't have yet a sched for May then once a date gets available for May you need to cancel the one the you have for June and proceed to the available date, that's what we did for our daughter.

If it's fully booked you need to check for june schedule but keep on checking the month of may because sometimes dates become available, you need to keep on checking every hour or if you can every after 30 minutes because it so fast to get fully booked.
