guys,
I got approved in 10th June, received approval letter in 11th and the decision date written on the letter was 7th June. i got another online update which says they mailed out my card at 13th. i have a question about tracking information as the online update doesn't have any. talked to USCIS representative and they said, i will get another online update with tracking information. how does it usually takes to get the card in hand? Also, if its mailed out at 13th, shouldn't i be receive it within this week ? thank you

thanks for the reply. what kind of problems should I expect if my wife doesn't agree to attend the interview ? Also, will it effect my naturalization down the road if the divorce is final after my ROC gets approved ?
I also found some thread online where the divorce and approval dates are pretty close and they faced issues during naturalization. How can I make sure that I wouldn't have to go through those circumstances.

Hi,
filed for joint ROC in last december. its been difficult with my marriage from the begining, married for more than 3 years. still coming back and forth both of us about what to do with out marriage. I am just thinking out loud if I take the step to divorce now and what would be the consequences? and how should I proceed through ROC steps ? thanks

Hi,
i filed in december 01 and NOA date is 12/05/2013. Since then, the last updated date for my application is 12/05/2013 (NOA date) even though i did early bio matrics in 12/16/2013 (scheduled bio was on 01/06/2014). Is this normal ? How frequently this last updated date changes ?

Roki, was that at the Boston office?
I am sorry but no, it was in philly office

Hi Roki,
Just wanted to check how was your early biometric experience. Was that a walk-in or you got it rescheduled? My biometric date is 01/28 but I am trying to get it done earlier too.
Thanks
Hi Pat,
It was a walk-in. Just go there and tell the desk officer about your intention to do a early bio as you couldn't make it that day. Most cases they wouldn't even look twice. In my case, I had to wait for 25/30 minutes for others to finish and I did as the last person which make sense.
Thanks
