  1. Hello,

I think so, it sounds not good. When the visa is approved, they will let you know. Like me, the consul said, "alright, im gonna approve you guys! have a nice day" and when we went to the last window, the lady there asked me question if the visa is really for pick up at 2Go or i wanted to change etc.. and told us just to wait for the text of 2Go. She should have asked the lady consul if she is approved or not. But dont worry i might be wrong... Keep thinking positive :)

  2. Hello Happy Easter Everyone ? my interview was on April 7, 2014. Fiancé came on my interview so as expected not a lot of questions and got approved right away! Was very happy. But what bothers me today is that it's been 2 weeks since I got approved and until now I still didn't get my visa. Here in the Philippines you can either let the USEM deliver your passport door to door or you can pick it up at a certain courier which takes only 2 to 3 working days as what I read on a k1 group in Facebook. I decided to pick it up so it won't take long but until now haven't got it yet. Tried tracking my visa and my status says "READY", does it means my visa is at the US embassy still? Do I need to worry? How long should I wait? Tried calling the embassy also and spoke with an agent but said the same thing I found online. What I do now?

  3. Hello everyone :)

I am just wondering, when is the best time of the month we can schedule for the interview? We just got our case number last March 13, 2014. Been trying to schedule an interview appointment online but no luck "THERE NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT SLOTS" been trying to schedule since then.. always in the site almost every 2 hours! Also I tried calling US embassy Manila (Philippines) but there is no agent answered the phone!

So i wonder if this will continue til the next months??? OMG i cannot wait anymore. just wanna be with my fiance.

Thanks to those who answer :)

  4. Hello everyone goofy.gif

I know I'm not being careful but whats done was done and I wanna correct it ASAP.

I (beneficiary) did not put my middle name in my our 129f! We already got our NOA1 and my name there has no middle name but all my documents, the birth cert, passport and everything has a middle name.

Its kinda confusing because here in the Philippines we use the surname of our mother as a middle name unlike in the US that they used their 2nd name as middle name.. and I dont have 2nd name. that kinda confuse me.

    Here's the example:

    AKO: First name

AY: my mothers surname when she was still single

    MAGANDA: Last name

What i wrote in our 129f was only AKO MAGANDA,

but in my passport birth cert and etc it shows that my middle is AY.

I wonder if this affects our application, l so i wanna know what to do.., any idea? pls opinions are badly needed.

Thank you in advance. Have a good day...

Hello all, first post on my visa journey. I sent out my I129F petition via first class mail on 01/06. As of today, 01/19, I have yet to receive a text or email that it was received. Also the $340 check has not been cashed. In hindsight of course I should have used registered mail with signature to make sure it was delivered. Should I be worried at this point that I have not heard anything from USCIS and if so is there any path to contact them to find out what is going on?
