We really don't know what to do after the changes on the VB. I hope It will be back to normal before the year ends. It is a heartbreaking news for us We have to wait again

Do we have a chance of having an interview schedule with in the year? I do not know what to expect after thechanges on theVB

Our case was competed April 25. So we are waiting for our IL until the VB for June changes feom current. Any idea wat we could do to have our IL? There is no assurance that we could have our IL for these year, am I right? I was thinking if my husband could apply for a citizenship while he is petitioning us? Or is it also a long wait? Are it will just ruin our ongoing petition? Please help us.

i already filled out the ds260 and sent out the supporting documents two weeks ago.

question do i have to called MANILA EMBASSY to schedule an medical exam and interview.

Anyone here has info on how to schedule an interview and also a medical exam. please provide some information.

For CR1 they are the one scheduling for the interview. Only K1 can choose the date for their interview. I think it is better if you wait for the IL. And after that you can schedule for the medical since medical results have expiry dates also.

Send back the whole package ( corrected I-864 9Pages ) including the barcode !

Rednails, be careful in sending back the corrected AOS to NVC because some letters received from NVC says that dont send back to them because it will reopen the case and will take delays. They advised to the applicant to bring the corrected AOS with him on the interview. You have to read again the checklist letter from NVC. Goodluck!

How about the list of the corrections? The detailed corrections from NVC? Do we need to send it back? Or ONLY the revised AOSForm and the Barcoded Cover sheet? We are about to resend the package tom morning. Please help us. Thank you.

Hei i'll be having my interview this April.Im so curious with the CEMAR? Is there different application form of CEMAR to fill-up in NSO? Is it different with CENOMAR? I applied CENOMAR and I thought it's the same but different result since I'm married.Can anyone help me.Thanks

Im also bot sure. But it is different from CEnomar, they said that it is like a certification which includes our previous and marriages.

Try CEMAR from NSO. They say that there are list of previous marriages noted in the document. I havent seen one but try to google it

My husband is trying to calk them but d nvc line always tells they have many callers and agents are busy.. I already sent a email to nvc inquiry 3times but didn't get any reply frm them..

They said the review time for the packet is 20-30days. After that they will send a check list there is a missing document.

Yes you have to wait for the status of iv fee to be paid and the form will automaticaly becomes available.

Yes the barcode for the payment. But are they done with the DS 260? There is a confirmation page that you have to print. I think you have to include it to the IV package

Yes it expires after a year. Is there an expiration date for CEMAR?
