Hi! Ours took about less than 2 weeks for our IV fee to be invoiced. I've seen some take up to a month before being invoiced for the IV fee. Hope you get yours soon!

Hey guys! Just got my NOA2 letter today. They approved it October 16th. Here's to hoping the NVC process doesn't drive me insane and it goes quickly and smoothly!

Got invoiced for IV Fee in just a week after paying AOS... yes!

I pay already... now waiting for IV Application to become available so i can fill out DS-260.

Hopefully we can send out our papers to NVC this coming week so they can review them.

So we got the case number and invoice ID a week ago and i already filled out the DS-261 and made the payment for AOS fee.. our status now is IN PROCESS... so we have to wait 2-3 business days and check our status in ceac... so i hope for the IV Fee becomes available so we can also pay that and then send out our AOS and IV packet at the same time as per instruction by NVC.

Still feelin nervous in this NVC stage. Goodluck to everybody in this journey!

I know what you mean! We were invoiced for the IV fee about two weeks after filling out the DS-261 and paying the AOS fee

I received an email from NVC a few hours after filling out DS-261 about the AOS fee being ready to be paid..if you check ceac.state.gov, you should see "Pay Now" on AOS once it's available to be paid.

I tried calling NVC last week as well, and I was able to connect twice, waited about 20-40 minutes each call, and the call would drop suddenly without me connecting to a rep. Does that happen to others as well?

It has been 1month and counting since we got our NOA1. Were at the California Service Centre.

Our I-130 was sent to Nebraska Service Center.

I just received a text update on my phone and I checked my email and the USCIS website and I got this:

On August 15, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.
