ok so iv'e made an account on ustraveldoc but now i'm super confused.

I have an CR-1 visa and it dosen't have a choice for it so i clicked k3 thinking its the right thing. but now its asking I pay a fee.

am I doing the right thing? are IR-1/CR-1 visas suposed to have an ustraveldoc?

I've already paid all my visa fees at the start. then how do i give them the address to get back my passport?

I've started getting my documents ready for my interview but a few of the documents are confusing me.

AUSTRALIA POLICE CERTIFICATE and AUSTRALIA POLICE CERT NSW/QUEENSLAND

I have my federal police certificate do i need to go for my state one (nsw)?

F - PETITIONER BIRTH CERTIFICATE, F -The NVC did not request this form or document

since the nvc didn't request my husbands birth cert do i need to bring it to the interview?

and finally the USTravelDocs

when i click the link and go to the site i get a pop up saying if its my first time applying for a visa/ first time on the site (witch it is).

then i get sent to another link and when i click immigrant visa it tells me to do my petition.

and when i refresh the page and click that its not my first time and try to sign up it keeps telling me that there is an error and i can't sign up.

is it even necessary to make an account

oh I forgot to add when i go to the site WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT

it tells me to complete an DS-160 application form online but isn't that only for non-immigrant visas?

I recently got my email saying my interview will be on the 25th of August and I've been trying to book for my medical (Sydney, Martin place) I asked the lady and she asked for my number and said she'll call back but it's been 2 days and I have not received a call back what do I do?

i'm the beneficiary, well that's a bit of a relief. I thought the biometric appointment and the interview were done at different times.

but I still haven't received any letter about an interview or bio appointment, what should I do?

On November 8th 2013 they received the I-130 its now January 2nd 2014 and I have not revived my biometric appointment I'm scared it was lost in the mail but I might just be worried for nothing. what should I do?
