Some circunscripciones give the birthcerticate the same day or give a receipt for to go for the bc somedays later, after that if is a birth certificate in extensa she will have to pay 330 for to legalize it.

Tell her to go early bec if you go late you can spend the complete morning in that.

It doesnt take long time, but the difficult is to know the day for the interview after that, bec the embassy is not updating the list on time, my case was here nov 26th and we knew we got the day for the interview yesterday calling the Dos, it took almost a month in my case to get the day for the interview.
