I was requested to Submit I-864A signed by the joint sponsor's wife, and she does't have any income.

Would any one please tell me why NVC asked for this form.

Hi Every one

I am sponsoring my wife, my income is a nontaxable scholarship. and I was informed that NVC would not consider this income as a salary. Would any one please let me know whether an amount of money in my bank account is acceptable as an asset , and if so, what is the minimum amount.

I have four cases, I paid online the AOS processing fee for the first case. However, I couldn't pay the fee for the other cases , I found a message says that the fee is under process. does this mean that I have to pay only once ???????

My case was sent to NVC 20 days ago, I haven't received any thing yet. can you please tell me how can I check my case status.

when I checked my case status I found it in the post decision activities with the following message

"On December 30, 2013, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you"

I think it is a transfer notice but different. any one had a similar message

PD is May 14th and not transferred yet.

We failed from military base out side of the states. We only filedI-130. We changed our address one time.

Getting worried now...

May Filers who were not transferred from NBC, is there a common reason. Did you file from abroad? Did you File more than one petition? . For me I filed from abroad and filed more than one Petition.
