My wife don't want me back Nigeria she want me here they family accept me Are you tell me someone that come with visiting visa can nit get married here again and settle you really confuse me is only u that told me this even the lawyer we meet said since I have up to two months there is no problem about it

I got the papers here my brother send it to me I have ask people nothing wrong with that since I am married and I file 485 &765 130 they said nothing wrong so far the marriage is real and we leave together nothing wrong no need to go back to nugeria

Because when I am in nugeria I told them I am married with two kids since I am no longer with my ex wife and we dirvoice already nothing wrong about that only the day of interview we proVe to them our marriage is real

I can apply along with my kids if my wife accept nothing is wrong about that because both me and my kids will get visa the same time because if u want to apply for them later they will ask you why u did not apply it together with yours at the begging

Once mine is approved there own will also be approved

Is anything wrong me apply with my kids this same time

I -485 if for me and I -130 is for my blood kids in African age 3 years and 1.5months I am applying togather with them 1070$ is for me 840$ is for them total 1910$

But they rejected it before because of I-130 now I have fill it and resend it so I should wait till next month

Please thank you so much I file form 485 785 and I did not put 130 for my two kids and there payment because if that the application was rejected and I send it back again after I put the form 130 and the payment if 840$ and 1070$ I send it back on 17th dec 2013 I want to know the time they can send me mail I check online the case number online is stipp said rejected for the date of the first apply

I have resubmitted my application because they said I did not file form I-130 I want to know when will I get the reply since 17/12/2013. Am someone help me
