  1. Hello guys, i need some help. In terms of supporting documents for I-134. I went to school in the philippines and that is where i met my fiance. I returned to the U.S. on July 31, 2013 and am waiting for the approval to take my NCLEX-RN for nursing. I started working as a private home caregiver October 2013 so all i have is a letter from my employer (with no official letterhead) and copies of the weekly personal checks that they pay me with. In addition, since I was attending school in the philippines the past 4 years, I have no w2, 1099 or tax returns except for the 1099 for the 3 months i worked in 2013. Will that be a problem?

  2. Hello Everyone, I had a few questions.

My fiance's interview at the Manila US embassy in April 10, 2014.

    2. I also got my parents to submit an I-134 for a co-sponsor. My father's income is adequate. The issue with that, is the day they got the letter from the bank regarding their account, the current balance was very very low ($36), but the average balance on the letter shows $2500. My father does have stocks/retirement account with $100,000.00 in it which i will bring the paper work. Are there any problems there or is that okay?

    3. Should I bring my bank statments?

    4. I am going to go with my fiance to the interview because she is very nervous. Do I enter the same area as her?

Any help would greatly be appreciated. The closer the interview comes, the more nervous i seem to get. Thanks!

  3. If her appointment is on April 10, would that be sufficient time or would she have to get another medical exam?

The medical results must not be more than 6 months old at POE (given that the beneficiary didn't undergo sputum/TB treatment).

If her interview is on April 10, would that be sufficient time to get the visa or would she have to get another medical exam?

  4. Hello everyone, my fiance just finished her medical exam at St. Lukes on Dec. 18, 2013 thinking that she would be able to interview in manila January, 2014, but when she went to book an appointment the first available date was April 10, 2014. How does this affect her? if it goes over the 6 month period, do she have to get another medical exam before she leaves?

One more question, initially the USCIS sent me the I 797 notice of action stating that the approval notice is valid from 11/01/2013 to 2/28/14. But the first available appointment like i said is APril 10 2014. Does that matter?

    Man I am stressed!
