Just wanted to ask: what does it mean to be case complete? I've already sent the Affidavit of Support and IV, and have received an email stating they have received all documents. It also says they'll notify me once my interview date has been set.

I am not sure about the F2B case but I am doing an I-130 also and right now it is at NVC I have done the affidavit of support and the DS form it has been there since Nov 29th called yesterday to check the status and they said it takes 30 business days to review not sure if that is the case here. But am sure someone else may be albe to give you a more concrete answer than me.

Thanks, finalempress. Yeah. I sent mine a while back. But the whole government shutdown happened, and I wonder if that had any effect on the processing of my application.

I've been trying to find out how long I have to wait before I get my interview date after NVC has received my affidavit of support and IV. Can anyone point me to the right direction?

I'm from the Philippines by the way.
