This process is so stressful.

Hi all,
I just received an email saying there was an update to my account. I went online and there was nothing changed. I called them, and i finally got in touch with someone and they said as of 2/5/ 17, they processed my application and sent me a letter for an interview. is this a face to face interview where i have to take my test? Thanks all for the help!. Wish everyone good luck on here.

Hi all,. What is an L1 or L2 agent and how do i speak to an L2? I did call a couple of weeks ago and they said to go by processing times on the USCIS website. I havent heard anything since my biometrics in September. Thanks for any feedback!
-
i assume Philadelphia is your Field Office where you will have the interview -- where did you send your package? Texas or Arizona?
And yes, of course you can add to it! just read the instructions -- if you just post your dates here, one of us can also add you to the list
thanks! I sent it to TX.

Can i just add to this timeline if i applied in Philadelphia?
-
another question. What do you guys mean by lockbox?
-
My husband was approved today, waiting on the oath ceremony date!
Congrats!

Does your application number start with IOE or NBC -- just asking because that's the important part
My application number starts with IOE... Thanks for your help

Inline means Inline for interview. If your application starts with NBC and you have cleared background check you will receive a notification that you are inline for interview. From what i understand it means you are placed in queue to be scheduled for interview which can take anywhere from one to several months depending on your field office.
Thank you! my service center on the receipt shows NBC.
after my biometrics, i havent received any updates. I checked online and the Philadelphia office seems to still be processing March applications.

what do you guys mean by inline?

Hi all,
I am new here and would appreciate some insight. I filed my N-400 august 12th. I have only done my biometrics so far which was the first week of September. I havent received any updates as of yet online. Any recommendations? I filed in Philadelphia.
Thanks!

Got an RFE a month ago requesting more evidence. Any advice I am attaching a few more bills and stuff like that but my lawyer is not helping a lot any advice I have until May 29th to send all that. I am applying with a divorce waiver do they usually request a RFE and would this increase my chances of an actual interview.
Any advice would be helpful
I though that my evidence was solid at the time but it seems like USCIS does not agree
I mean I have student loans
sublease
helth insurance
credit cards
life insurance
the only problem that I see is that we were married for a year but that should be irrelevant as there is no time limit right?
we sent copies of the following covering time of marriage for our RFE. it was 500 pages the attorney said we were overdoing it but i wanted to be safe thank God i did because we got approved 1 week later
bank statements
utility bills
car loans
lease before buying a house
mortgage statements
photos during different occasions
tax returns 2011, 2012
w-2s 2011, 2012
irs transcripts
health insurance
drivers licence
green card
Send in everything you can. you will be fine if it was a real marriage. Good luck!

you can call them and change your address over the phone. It is important that they have your new address on file in case they send an RFE.

thanks yurika And Ryna.

Hopefully we should get approved soon. this is a stressful situation.

I dont think it hurts. I have been calling every week for the last 4 weeks. I finally got someone to put a request in. JUst be polite and ask if they can look into the matter.
I havent gotten approved yet, but I just wanted to give it a try.

Congrats Little G.
I assume i am one of the last left for Septemeber. I called USCIS on Friday and they said they would put in a service request. I got an email yesterday saying that i would b notified within 45 days with a decision. ( hopefully an approval)If anyone else is left for September, I think you should go ahead and call USCIS and try your luck.
congrats to all who been approved.

Hey Ron, i havent heard anything yet either. I applied 9/13 got transferred 10/8.. hoping i get approved soon.
-
Hey guys! hope everyone is hanging in there. Just checking in to see if anyone heard anything today?
-
i would call USCIS. I think if you lose your green card you will need to notify them, you need a copy of that plus the extension letter to prove your technically still on legal or valid status.
I m ay be mistaken but the I751 time frame is 180 daysand if you crossed that time frame you should contact them to find out why its taking this long.
hope this helps.

so it looks like its Ron1305, little g and myself waiting...
Hopefully we hear good news this week. I really really hope we all get approved this week.
