Yes they told him which documents to send and he has sent all of that. Just wanted to know if anyone knows how long they take after receiving these documents to issue the visa?

I had my interview on 29/04/2015 asked me for additional documents I sent on 6/05/2015 and status changed from AP to issued on 5/06/2015. Whole process takes almost one month..

@iffatnasim can u tell me what's the tracking number or way bill ?? I'm talking about only amex delivery parcel .. I couldn't find that .. Can u help me out ?? What u send to embassy to find them ur docs so that I could also send them that .. N yeah one more thing at which time did u email embassy ?

AMEX operator told me to send UID which is your tracking code and snapshot of confirmation page which is stamped by AMEX . I sent email at 6 am morning and got reply on same day

2nd June embassy reply to my email( to send courier bill or tracking number so that embassy can find documents)

@iffatnasim I called the same number they told me to call on some other num which I don't remember may be 021111234111 u can try after that I called they asked my passport num name n told me they delivered it

Today I called but operator neither asked my passport number nor tracking number just said its impossible embassy still have not received doc we must delivered same day or next day wait 25 to 40 working days some times embassy take more time than average to process documents

I woudnt waste your time trying to call them , they never answer. Its best to go there to their office and ask.

Today I sent mail to isb embassy and got reply within 3 hour embassy still have not yet received my documents it's been 30 days passed I m so much worried now they are asking for courier's tracking number . I have sent via AMEX so should I provide UID? Because no other tracking number mention in bill?

This is unusually a very long time because on average TSC takes 5 months. Did you have any RFE?

Why did your NOA2 take 322 days?

TSC is the most slowest service centre and when my husband apply the average processing time for TSC was 8 to 8.5 months our case was stuck in pending security check

You have to go to the islamabad embassy website and email them from there , its a form you fill out.

I had interview on 29/04/2015....every thing gone well at the end of interview CO congratulated me return all original documents and said you will get your passport with in 10 days .. Next day I got call from embassy they were Asking to again submitted my original birth and marriage certificate which we're return by CO I submitted via AMEX and until now from interview date no status update still AP...

Try not to worry it's possible they lost their copies of your documents. My husband had to send them another birth certificate also before they would issue his visa. Hurry and send them what they are asking for.

. Thnx carolyn for reply one more thing did your husband got email or phone call for birth cirtificate I only got phone call not email and person from embassy told me to submit it at American Express bank ..so should I submit documents by adding cover letter as per phone call received by embassy?

Didn't u bring ur original marriage and birth certificates to Embassy at the time of Interview...?

Before November 2014 original documents submitted to nvc so I submitted to nvc and nvc forward to embassy.. at the time of interview CO returned my original doc by showing photocopies...i don't know why again embassy asking for it

Yesterday I had interview at isb embassy CO asked few basic questions about my husband and said congratulations you are approved will get visa with in 10 days and returned all my original documents which I submitted to nvc but today I got call from isb embassy he said I need to submit my original marriage and birth certificate with translation and photocopies.....i m so worried why they again asking for it does any body having the same experience
