Hello,

My husband and I got married last year, and in May this year I received my greencard. But plans have changed, and we are now thinking of moving to Holland, where I'm from. This means I'm going to lose my greencard. Now I was wondering, if Holland wouldn't work out for us and we would like to move back to the States, can I apply for a greencard again? I did some research but couldn't really find an answer, so hopefully somebody here can tell me.

My EAD application has been approved, and I found an employer who wants to hire me, so that's all great news!

Now, I was wondering if my future employer needs to fill in a specific form and send it to the USCIS to hire me, or can I just show my future employer the card and no further action needs to be taken and I can just start working for them?

Thank you Dave. Maybe this List A point indicates that you can still work on your 'old' visa, in the case that it's still valid?

I entered the States on an O1 visa, which will expire March 15 2014. I got married and am in an AOS procedure now, and I was wondering: are you allowed to work on your O1 visa in the time between filing for AOS and receiving EAD?

My NOA was dated December 16, received 23rd.

My biometrics letter was dated the 20th, received the 28th, appointment for January the 17th, but walked in today and succesfully had them taken early. This was in NYC.
