the beneficiary provides all applicable documents from the section 2
The petitioner is the sponsor and completes the I864 and provides all appropriate documents from section 3 . The beneficiary is not involved in completing the I864 or and I864, nor providing any of the evidence for that section

Dear !
The NVC send me ( petitioner ) the NVC Welcome Letter and Document Cover Sheet
and I already submitted the form DS-260
And I know I have to follow DOCUMENT COVER SHEET to send all the document that are requested
but I do not know which documents are needed for petitioner , which documents are needed for beneficiary
Please help
Proof of relationship ( only for I-864A) : Do I have to send this form ? I am the petitioner and the only one to support the financial , I have enough income and assets to sponsor beneficiary,
The beneficiary has not any income at all , so I send the only form I-864 or I have to attach the form I-864A for beneficiary also ?
Thank you and have a nice day !

Hi everyone , please help me !
I am going to file the form : I-130 to sponsor my wife in Vietnam ,I am a US citizen but when
I read the article from USCIS website but I still confuse : If you are filing for your spouse, he or she must complete and sign Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary. If your spouse is overseas, Form I-130A must still be completed, but your spouse does not have to sign Form I-130A. Form I-130A must be submitted with Form I-130.
Does this form replace the form G-325A ? or I have to send in the form I-130 , I-130A and all from G-325A for me ( petioner ) and my wife ( Beneficiary ) ?
thanks for helping .

Thank you again
I filed I-130 and USCIS sent me the acceptance form I-797 , my case has been approved
The question is : what will I expect to do next , what will USCIS will send to me next and how long do I have to wait to receive ?
Thanks in advance

C.21: If filing for your spouse , give last address at which you lived together
is it the address where my spouse lives in vietnam now , we have never lived together , I live in US and just traveled to Vietnam and lived with her for a month.
or leave this field blank? thanks advance

I am a US permanent ( green card holder ) , the last couple weeks , I sent in the form I-130 to sponsor my spouse and a son 2 years old in Vietnam, then I received the rejection notice from USCIS , and It says : The application has not been fully completed , the following fields were not completed : relationship,on form I-130 . Did I fill out wrong in the section A . Relationship 1. I am filling this petition for my : spouse and child ( I checked both spouse and child because I think i sponsor for a spouse and a child ) on the form , should I check spouse only ?section C , 17 . list spouse and all children of your relatives : these should be me and my child ?section D , other information :1.if seperate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives , give names of each and relationship : should I fill in my child name here and relationship so USCIS can process together ?thanks in advance
