I know I have to send in the i864 affidavit if support but do we also have to attach employment letter of sponsor, income taxes for prior years and bank statements and real estate proof? PleAse clarify if this is needed now or they will ask for it later. Thanks

Don't feel bad. I waited 11 and 1/2 months for noa2. Then I waited from June to October for interview date with nvc in between. Hang in there. The waiting is just a bad dream for me.

Hi like I stated before fiancé will be arriving into states in a month or so. Can he go for social security number before marriage on k1 visa. I figure go for social security number then obtain marriage certificate and the apply for aos immediately so we get the papers rolling and get his ead and green card as soon as possible. Is it true that if he does not get his social security card before getting married he then has to wait for ead card? Any thoughts would be appreciated? Also when you send i485 form do you include the affidavit of support at same time?

Hi everyone now that fiancé has k1 visa in hand and would like to fly to united states the end of November or beginning of December, is it ok to buy a one way ticket to the states? Does the airport want to see a return flight? But it does not make sense to have return flight because he is not returning until after he gets green card. Please let me know. Thanks

Where do you send aos application along with ead application? Is there a specific address or can it get done in local Uscis office?

Then once you get marriage license and get married can you apply for aos paperwork at local Uscis office. We will be applying for work authorization at the same time as aos so wondering if we should have social security card on hand first so he is ready to start working once ead card arrives. It took us about a week to pick up visa and paperwork for k1. When was your interview?

Hi we were approved on October 1. The ceac website status shows issued. What does that mean? Is administrative processing over? How long before ready for pick up?

Nvc should give you a case number within 2 weeks. Then you can start calling embassy for appointment. In my case

Santo Domingo received my paperwork on July 16 and received notification of interview on September 3. My interview is set for October 1. Good luck to you

Does anyone know if the birth certificate in extensa is automatically legalizado? Or do you have to Ask for that specifically? I know the embassy requires the birth certificate in eXtensa and legalized as well.

Hello everyone. My interview is scheduled in Dominican republic on October 1.

My fiancé has a birthdate error for his mon on the DS-160 that was already submitted. Did this ever happen to anyone? Should we submit a new application before interview? Will they correct at embassy for us? We don't know what to do - resubmit new DS-160 or leave it alone? Please any suggestions would be appreciated as interview is fast approaching. Thanks

K1 interview is scheduled for October 1st. Embassy did not let me know anything yet. I just do happened to call nvc and there it was. Now with only three weeks to go everything has to be done. Anyone have link how to request packet 4 by email since fiancé has not received at home? Also how much are fees for medical and vaccines? Also what is fee at banco popular and are there two separate payments? Where can you go for police report. Does it have to be in santo Domingo or any police department in Dominican republic is ok?
