My husband got his 2 years green card through marriage with me. His green card will expire in April 2017. I just foun out that he has beeen cheating on me,. he told me that he never neede me. I has a girlfriend back home, and he moved out of the house to go live with another in my neighborhood in NY. i want to get a divorce, but i dont know how this should affect him when he applies for the 10 years green card.i want to know if it is best that i write the USCISwith the evidence that ca prove that he didnt come into the marriage with faithful intentions.

A visitor's visa would only be valid for one entry in the US? What if they would like to come back? Wouldn't a non immigrant visa be more preferable?

I was planning on inviting them for my graduation, but they wouldn't stay.

If I understand my in laws would have to apply for their own immigrant visa, but I could still send them support documents to prove to immigration that I would take care of the visa expenses.

What if I sent them an invitation letter because I am graduating in June and I would like for them to be there.

Why struggle to live with someone who clearly does want to be with you? It's better to react early than to suffer all your life. Marriage is supposed to be happiness not pain.

If he gets deported how will I obtain a divorce from him?

My fiancé came here in April using a k1 visa . We got married, he received his work permit but the green card is in process. We didn't go to an interview yet. My fiance had his interview today at the US consulate in Haiti. The lady asked him a few questions about me-

-how long we have been together?

-how many times i came to Haiti?

-What year i left Haiti?

-What is the marriage plan?

then she told him" YOU ARE QUALIFIED"

Interview is schedule for April 9th

I checked Haiti messager this morning and package 4 has arrived. My fiancé will pick it up during the day. I'm guessing the interview will be in two weeks or less. Thanks to everyone. I'll keep you posted with the good news.
