Can't believe that the i-130 was approved in just 16 days. I was lucky that as a resident student of India, I could file within India. Making the long trip to Delhi was definitely worth it. Just hoping all goes as smoothly for the interview. PCC and medical acquired.l...just waiting on the i864. My heart goes out to those who have to wait months or even years to get this approved. I can't understand why the process is so long when filed from the US. Its really an injustice when...
