Hello megan26 my case is from March 22, 2013 and I have also only received a transfer letter to Nebrasca Service Center and nothing else :-( I see a lot of people here that are very advanced in their petition but I keep calling and I get no answers. Are you having the same problem?

Yes I'm having the same problem!!! When I called yesterday they told me they are working on cases from April!!!! But they could not put in a service request because they were backlogged yesterday so I called back today and they put in a request for service and told me once again if I don't hear anything on my case in 30 days to call back again

It's ridiculous i have seen so many approvals for April and may already its like they totally skipped my case

its been almost 1 year and our i-130 has still not been approved =(

i am still waiting =( noa1 march 19th transferred Nebraska nov 6, i called uscis january 6th and they told me to wait another month this call back.

We can't unlock it anymore, because every time we do, someone goes in there and vandalizes it. I have to go check on the other spreadsheets as well, as I think people are in there screwing around with them just for the sake of being obnoxious and causing strife. As it is, we may have to lock down the other spreadsheets as well if the vandalism doesn't stop.

mine is 140 and also no approval yet our case transferred November 6 to Nebraska

I have the same exact dates as you and transferred as Nebraska as well but we should keep each other posted of any news ??✌?

Receipt date was march 19th we received a transfer notice on November 6th to the Nebraska service center.. Still waiting and hoping for an approval

We filed march 15 and we received a notice saying our case was transferred to Nebraska service center
