Hi guys, last month I paid the immigrant fee for receive green card on uscis Elis website.

2 days ago I try to enter in my account, but I forgot the password, and the security answers too, so they locked my account.

I call too many time the costumer service center 1 (800) 375-5283 but I can'tell find someone to speak. How I can do?? Thank you and good day to all

I think max 5 or 7 days, depends on the courier, I pay 40$ for the courier express and in 1 day they send it to me!!

Since in AP case was opened 9 times, since June.

Just change from AP to issued an hour ago.

After 47 days change at today August 8, same in Administrative Processing..

Yes, it links to that page, but as I said earlier, it's just trying to be helpful. You already know how to go directly to the CEAC site to check your status, so the link is unnecessary. And it's just a link. It doesn't tell you anything additional about your status. As far as I can tell, everyone gets the same message.

As the others have said, you really have to wait this one out until your CEAC status turns to "Issued." For London beneficiaries, recently, this has been happening quite quickly - within a week or less. I don't know if it is the same for Italian beneficiaries. I suspect it is very similar as I believe it is considered a low fraud country and the odds are good that you will be approved rather than denied.

Unfortunately, AP is a bit of a no man's land and it will take as long as it will take. So you'll need to be patient.

That said, one thing that you might be able to do is to send a query to the visa unit at the embassy, either via an email or contact form. London offer an online contact form, but I note that other European countries generally have an email. It might be worth sending the query just to check if there has been any progress. It's within the realms of possibility that they have progressed your case but haven't updated your CEAC status.

The data base crashed last saturday 19.

This problem is afecting all embassy around the world.

All the time they say that they are working on it.

20 days down on this saturday!!

It's the site all those going through the London embassy use to pay their visa fee and to set up courier pick-up/delivery.

I have no idea about beneficiaries going through other countries.

That said, if Italian beneficiaries go through the same site, to answer the question in the OP, ignore the reference to the DS-260 - it says the same thing for K-1 visa people even though we complete the DS-160. I suspect it's just trying to be helpful. If you already know how to check your status via the CEAC web page then you can safely ignore that link.

For Italy this is the site for the courier to delivery passport.

Yesterday I contact the call center and when I ask why I read this on my status they told me for immigration visas I need to contact just my Consulate.

Looks suspect to me. I mean no Asian countries listed. My Nigeria isn;t there what the heck.

Just stick to sites that the government says to. You are in AP Chantal&Marjo. You just have to be patient.

I entered in my account of usvisa-info for curiosity and I find that status and I was scared because last month there was nothing written!!!

I'm in AP from my interview day, May 21, 2014.

One month before my interview I registered for the courier to send back my passport.

Just today, when I log in into usvisa-info.com I see the new status and I don't understand!!

Why is written "checks the status of the DS-260"? I completed DS-260 8 months ago!!

I don't know what to think..
