  1. Hello Everyone!

I am the beneficiary and have been living in Finland for 2 years now

Me and My fiance were classmate many years ago in our home country Cameroon before she traveled to USA.We started dating last year and she visited me in August 2013 which we got engaged. We then filed for Fiance visa in November and our petition was approved just after 19 days and it is on its way to NVC now before coming to Finland consulate where i will have my Interview.

Her visit in August was just for 2 weeks and now she is in Cameroon and will only return to USA in January which our interview will likely be in February and she can't make it here for another visit due to her job and she is just coming from work holidays.

I was wondering if we may face problems at interview in Finland since she has visit me just once in Finland. We have no other reg flags because we are from the same region, village, religion etc and more over we were born same year and month with me being just 5 days older than her and in our mid 20's now.

    Thanks

It dosent matter if u live in finland, coz CO look at ur passeport where are u from, and no its dosent matter to if u are same religion, the problem is u met phisicaly only two weeks, me and my fiancé we met physically 4 months, so

  2. I Hold the Record for Ignorant replies.. My record is unbeatable. I've seen silly questions and this is not the first.

A human typed this question and treat it as such. I already replied earlier.

Immigration is a hard matter if you don't know anything like I did. (Not knowing anything). Give Newbies a break.

the red flags are difference of age only mostly fillipina girls marry old american guys thats it, and i think its big shame, and its why immigration ask a lot

  3. 1. Please fill out your timeline

    2. Country matters because some have customs/traditions regarding relationships and engagements and not being able to adhere to it is a red flag

i repeat dont be ignorant, not all people of country have same tradition or customs, for example if u are from ukrain or italy its not necessary u have the culture or custom of those country, its why ppl here in visa journey dosent understand, be smart, they look at cases, u can live in muslim or catholic country but u dont have same customs, and of course this is red flag if an old american guy is with young fillipina girl, its for sure the girl want only to immigrate to the USA and there is no love, thanks

  4. The country you are from. Meaning the country that issued your passport and/or where you are permanently residing.

Lol, no u are so wrong, its case by case, if couple looks normal and no like big age difference and some anomalies, its will be ok for all of u, coz i know cases from great britain took almost year to get approved and some cases from middle east take only 4 months, to just inform u, the immigration dont make difference between countries, they look at the case.

  5. Extreme difference in age (usually meaning the woman is much older), number of visits can be, different races, different religion, weather or not you both have children and if the male does not have children is the female still able to have them. And the country you are from can have alot to do with it to.

ah u mean the origine of country, the passeport or the country the person live?

  6. What country is the beneficiary from? If he/she is from a high fraud country you should send more than a few, but 100 is too much. Keep in mind that many consulates do not accept additional evidence at the interview, my husbands country included. Instead they issue a 221g requesting evidence if they feel there isn't enough and have you send it, even if you have the evidence with you the day of the interview.

Notice that its not depend about country but the case, the immigration look at the case not country, u need to know this no since u are here in visa journey, i know some ppl got approved in les than 4 months and they are from middle east, and some got in AP and they are from england or germany so

  7. It doesnt matter if you send a LOT of pics. They arent going to deny you for that. I would send as many as you want to. It would be good if they showed the passage of time. I sent a LOT of pictures. Just use common sense. But you cant send too many. Dont worry about that.

When we went to my wife's interview for naturalization, the IO had her entire packet on his desk. And I mean stuff going way back to 2008... the whole thing. And he began leafing through it, and commented that he was pleased there were so many pictures, over time. He said that you would be surprised how many people take several pictures, and just change their clothing to make it look like different times, but that you can tell. I mean, in one pic my wife is very young and thin, and we are newly married and she has long hair. In another pic she is pregnant with our son and short hair. In another, we are playing in the swimming pool, my wife, son and me, and so on all through time. But the IO was glad there were a lot of pictures, because they tell the story.

Go ahead and send what you want. It is no problem.

its not same with ur case, we are young never been married and with each picture we have borading pass and receip of hotel and stamp passeport for all countries so

  8. i think 20-30 are enough (the quality is important than the quantity ) idea9dv.gif

they are so good quality, in more than 7 countries and 4 seasons

you can pick 1-2 per country but best to pick the ones that were taken within 2 years of your filing to coincide with your primary evidences (passport stamps, receipts etc)

    yes its what i did

  9. You can include as many as you want but I suggest you trim it to a max of about 50. I included about 30 select pictures in my packet and made an album for my interview and the IO didn't even look at it. So, include the ones you think appropriately tells your story and select the best out of the lot.

    thank you
