Done the step of interview last March 17 and was approve! Well thank the Lord....so to the next level we go...

I just thank God that I will finally see the Love of my life soon and he'll pick me up here in the Phils to take me with him. That where he is, there am I also...hehehe...yepeeyyy!

Anyb?ody help please... My fiance and I appliead for K1 visa August 5, 2013. We got approved november and the approval will expire this month when we set for an interview date the available date that time was March. So my interview date is this March. Is this okay? Are we not gonna face any problem since my interview date exceeds to my approval date?

Yes I am also very confused of these forms for K1 visa. It said before that the form to fill out for evidence of support is I-134 and now it is I-864...

So please is there anyone who is knowledgeable about this? What form should my fiance fill out, the form I-134 or I-864?

During the first phase my fiance uses an attorney, but on the second phase my fiance terminated his contract with an attorney. Does this affect our visa process? also his attorney received the letter from NVC but we only have the case number and there are NO INVOICE AND PRIORITY NUMBER...what does that mean? please help!!!!

I have a question for anyone who is knowledgeable about this, I need help here, my question is this, Is it really necessary to take the medical exam closer to the interview date? I took the medical exam this month because my fiance and I followed the instruction from NVC to take my medical exam at SLEC but my interview date will still be on March 17, 2014. Did I do the right thing? Thank you for the help.
