My husband was approved at his interview May 20, 2015, how do we track the package via DHL or how do we find out what is going on?

NVC recieved my case on January 10 2014 and I called Tuesday February 11 2014 and the man said I did not have a case number assigned yet but today when I called the lady said I had a case number assigned February 11 2014. She gave me my case number and my Identification Invoice number as well. I called my lawyer and she said that because I called and gave them my emails that they probably will not send my lawyer nomore information regarding my case, nor will they speak with them. So yall might wanna check with yalls lawyers before calling..just to be safe. Because now I dont know if the visa center is going to notify my lawyer anymore :/

Ok guys, I just received our approval earlier, 2 hours after I received a notification saying we had changed our address!!!!

what does it mean when you get an update stating that your address has changed but yet you never made an address change.?

Kaylara, no we are not adjusting status! We filed our I-130 petition here and since we filed after the March Provissional waiver law we get to file our I-160A here in the US.. Upon approval an interview will be set up and then we will depart to Cuidad Juarez and do interview and wait for Visa there.

That dummie at the call center said for me not to worry about other March filers and to just worry about my own petition because i kept asking him how is it that they are currently working on Feb 13, 2013 petitions yet other March filers hve gotten approvals. He could not answer the question and thats y he told me that! Ugghh i was about to blow up so i said ty and hung up! He said for me to just keep waiting! And it was from Tier 2.

I HOPE SO AS WELL..not to be negative but i seriously doubt we will get an approval by the end of 2013. Everybody slacks off at work during the holidays :/ but hopefully we will get an xtra special gift!!

I'm sure they are lying and just being plain lazy, but im going to wait out my husband's full 60 days from our transfer date. If nothing happens then I will start trying to contact anybody and everybody. He said I could not even make a service request. Im new to this site so I honestly do not know which direction to go?! Anybodys advice would be greatly appreciated.

I just called and spoke with Officer Varios and he said to keep waiting. Thats they are still working on Feb 13, but that he sees activity on my case from December. He couldnt tell me what kind of activity though!

My priority date is March 20, 2013, case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center Nov 6 2013 as well. As of December 19, 2013 I have not had an approval.

I have the same exact dates as you and transferred as Nebraska as well but we should keep each other posted of any news ??✌?
