are u done with ur interview? so i need to email them? i called nvc and told me must wait for them to review before i can correct it. such a relief knowing that it doesnt cause u another 30 days of review... -

everyone please help.
My niece (also an F2A beneficiary) is asking me about AOS forms and honestly, I really dont know what to tell her best. Her husband (the petitioner) income is not enough to support them (my niece and her cute baby girl), so his mom will help....however, mom's income is not enough too...so the dad will help out too. Now, they are all confused on what forms to use. I864 for the petitioner, what about the mom and dad? petitioner lives in the same house with the mom....(they live in Seattle) the dad is working in Alaska but mailing address is still the same with the petitioner and the mom. Dad files joint ITR with the mom.
please, anyone who knows what forms to use?
