My father was deported around 1985 and my mum signed voluntary exit at the time. I file for tourist visa so In 2014 but it was denied. Now I want to bring her here what is the best option and how can I go about it please ?

i called that number and the person i spoke with says it takes 45 days for you status to be seen. if after 45 days nothing happens then call them again. hopefully the status should come up soon.

ok, in the form 1-30 there is a part where they ask if you have filed for this person before? am asking because, i was filing the k1 for this person and when we did not meet the requirement, i withdrew it. so what is the best answer to fill in? thank you

i need your advice. i withdrew my K1 visa early this year because i did not meet the two year requirement. we got married in march in my spouse country. questions are as follows:

1) do i need to change my name on my passport and social security card to file the for the CR-1/IR-1 visa

2) do i still need to file the k1 visa again, since we are married.

3) what is the best approach to take.

your advice suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, pls i need help. i relocated to the united states in 2010 and could not file for my fiance then due to hardship. so i just did the file a couple of months back. in September they requested for RFE. which i sent to them. the only issue was i had not gone to see my fiance since i moved to the united states. although i plan to go next month. last week, they sent me another rfe saying i should provide evidence that i had met my fiance in the two years preceding the filing. i don't know what to do. pls i need suggestions. please what do i do.
