So we have another RFE letter which up until now we haven't had to deal with, but this one says if we don't get it right we'll be denied...EEK!
So the last one said send sufficient evidence of income - I sent tax transcript, pay stubs, W2 and bank statements. Still RFE asking for complete federal income tax return.
This is just asking us for the Tax packet, not transcript correct?

I'm a little confused with PART 5 SPONSOR HOUSEHOLD SIZE: but do to count anyone twice
1. Enter the no. you entered line 7 part 3 - ANSWER 1 (this is me)
2. Yourself - ANSWER 1
3. If you are currently married enter 1 ANSWER 1 (this is me again)
4. If you have dependant chn enter here ANSWER 1 ( we have a child together who is a U.S citizen)
Then add all together and we get 4 as our household number but theres only 3 of us....Does my husband put 0 at question 3?
Thanks!

Thank you all so much, the NAO1was sufficient to the person we saw today, just not yesterday. Go figure!

Hi,
I'm trying to find a document that says I'm authorised to stay in the U.S for my husbands work (Military - Long story) I came on a K-1, married, awaiting AOS, received first NOA1 stating next steps is Biometrics etc... but I didnt get an SSN within my 90 days (silly!) and now they want physical documented proof saying i'm legally allowed to be here...Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

I took all of our original evidence that we sent in with our packet. The scariest thing is the interviewer literally stared me in the eyes the whole time! So I felt so awkward and was thrown off answering some of the questions! But the best part was at the end is when the interviewer handed me my approved and said congratulations on it! Good luck!

I am currently in the u.s with my fiancé returning to AUS shortly, i want to hit the ground running and hopefully get this visa before April 8 when our baby is due so we can fly back to the u.s as a family! I will be having my interview in Sydney.
Question: I know how to get my aus police check, but i lived in NZ from 16-18yrs old? Do I email the u.s embassy in NZ and ask for the form and for it to be sent to the US embassy in Sydney or to me, or where can I find the correct form to use for the NZ police check from Australia?
Thank you:)

Thank you so much! I know its only the beginning of this long and emotional process exacerbated by being pregnant and wanting to be with my fiancé as soon as I can! Anyway good luck to everyone else waiting:)

Hi Visa Journey friends,
I have used this forum to find so many of my answers but cant find any help with this, so if you could answer/point me in the right direction of where to find the answer I would really appreciate it.
We have sent in our i-129F package and all accompanying forms. Received our NOA1.
We are now preparing for our next step - from what I understand this is what we need to do -
1. Prepare I-134
2. Beneficiary (Me) I fill out the following and send the following to the Sydney consulate when we get to the next stage:
- DS156
- DS 156K
- DS 157
- DS 230I
- DSL 1076
- DS160
I also need: (original copies to be sent with photocopies except passport -
Passport photos
Biographical data from passport
Birth certificate
Police checks
Medical check
The copy of the original I-129F package
One last question, I am pregnant and will give birth in April, is there paperwork i need to fill out now or do I wait until our baby is born? I cant seem to find anything and presumably because our baby will qualify as an US citizen i shouldn't need to?
Thank you so much!

We sent the 1040 the first time then just the transcript for the first RFE along with the W2's payslips etc. I'm going to resend the 1040 with the payslips etc again.
Thanks!
