I have a domestic violence charge that is from May 2001 that was between my ex wife and her boyfriend at the time. How will this effect me getting a K1 visa for my fiancé? I am really stressed out over this please help with any information that will be helpful. Thanks

Sorry I was charged with spousal abuse for grab in my wife and a terrorist threat against my wife's boyfriend at the time. She was cheating on me at the time and playing both he and I lost it.
