Guys, thanks for all the help you offer on here.My wife is a USC and she filed for me in February, 2013. I am not yet in The States, though she received a notice in the mail asking us to attend an interview today.It's commonly known as 'The fraud interview' and has to be attended to by both. Now, am not in the country already so we both wonder how she/ we could attend that together. Then through unavoidable circumstances, she never should up for it either. What are the implications of this and was the interview scheduled in error by them? through the wrongful assumption that i was already in the country, looking for a change of status? Help me out guys, how do things progress after that? I mean after giving my wife 'the hairdryer'???
