Can I get 130 form and the other forms I need it from our site and print it

or I must take it from cairo embassy

and after we finish it can I get it to the embassy on cairo and they sent it to the uscis or I must send it by dhl to Chicago lockbox

and if I sent it by dhl how I can get my code to check my statue

No the one i talk about was 19 when his father petition for him and now he is 22 and nothing new done and he still waiting for the interview !?

his brother was 17 when his father petition for him and he now 20 and his visa approved and all done well !?

We can`t find reason for that !

Please i want to know if there is a difference between one his father petition for him for ir-2 visa before 18 and one petition after age 18 !?

Because i know USC petition for his children . one of them was 17 and the other one was 19 .

the children that was 17 make the interview after 8 months and still in AP for 1 year and now he receive his passport with visa .

And the another children that petition in 19 still till now without make interview and when he asked in NVC they said to him his case approved in he now must wait for the interview !?

My question now . Why the one under 18 make the interview and receive the visa before the one over 18 !?

Yes and they said to me the case is completed and you must wait your interview time in the embassy

but i didn`t know why i stay all this time! . and i know that my case take from 5 to 8 months !

My case ..

My father petition me any my brother any my married sister .

I was 19 and my brother 17 and my sister 24 .

my brother made the interview after one year and he still till now in additional security check.

I'm from egypt and till now waiting the interview .. can you tell me what's the reason of that !!

There is a bit of a language barrier here.

If your father has done what you indicate then he will probably be able to sponsor you.

Sorry for misunderstood . sure he will stay for ever in united state but he will make that after w recieve our visa to can stay with him forever .

My friend you join 2 case together ! . when i said he stay in egypt forever i was talked with ( aleful ) about my friend case . his father petition for him when he was 20 year`s and still till now ( 2 year`s left till now ) and he didn`t make interview !? . i was afraid from his case and afraid from being like him so that i open his case !

but my case different from him . my father have his own job and file taes and have driver licene and id card and bank account .

He spend mid year in united states and the rest of the year in egypt , and he have his own busniess there , he is USC how he can`t petition for us !?

he still now in egypt and he will stay forever , i think that reason make his case spoil , he was have a food car and i don`t know more information about his taes .

I don`t know more information about his case .. but what i know that his father stay in egypt 3 year`s before he petition him .. sure he not filled taxes or can`t proving that he live in united state .. never mind about his case now

And He Want To Petition Me When He Go

And I`m Afraid From Change My Age From 18 To 19 Because I Know That Age Diffrence .. And I Know Friend His Father Petition For Him When He Was 20 And Till Now He didn`t Make The Interview ( 2 Year`s Left Till Now ) And He Now 22 !
