Hi i hope u guys could help me.. We submitted our AOS and IV documents on Dec 19 and it was received on Dec 30. We were informed on January 23 that there were incomplete data or information that doesn't match with our AOS document.

It says.. "Income indicated on I-864EZ does not correspond to that shown on the most recent tax return." My husband made sure he matched everything.. We do not know what to do now.... Pls Help!!! Thanks and God Bless!!

Hi.. We had our IV and AOS docs submitted on dec 19, according to fedex it was delivered on Dec 30 to NVC.. We're now waiting for the case completion, reading the posts here, gave me an idea that it normally takes 3weeks to 1month for them to complete the process. Hope to hear from them soon.

Hi.. Kindly tell me what to do. fFnally got our case # yesterday, however we noticed that NVC did not include our house lot number. Everything is correct, except that the house lot # is missing? Should we call NVC?? Thank you so much and God bless.

Hi, my husband filed an i-130 for me and my son on Sept 2013, he got the approval notice on October 16, 2013. He was informed, he'll receive a notification from the NVC within 30 days. However, its been over 4 weeks now and we haven't heard anything from them yet our priority date is Sept 6, 2013 under f2a category.. According to visa bulletin F2a PD is 09/08/2013. But the notes under it, made me so confused and worried. Are we current or not? (*NOTE: For December, F2A numbers EXEMPT from per-country limit are available to applicants from all countries with priority dates earlier than 01SEP13. F2A numbers SUBJECT to per-country limit are available to applicants chargeable to all countries EXCEPT MEXICO with priority dates beginning 01SEP13 and earlier than 08SEP13. (All F2A numbers provided for MEXICO are exempt from the per-country limit; there are no F2A numbers for MEXICO subject to per-country limit.) Please let me know if we are current or not?
