I know that for me, it is and it isn't about my own file. YES, I want my file to move quicker through the bureaucracy, but I also want the system to be reformed. It shouldn't be this kind of ebb and flow, one center is slow, then the other, back and forth nonsense. They need to have a consistent and reliable system that is fair to EVERYBODY, no matter what service center their petitions have been sent to. To think that we should just sit back and do nothing because, "it's always been this way" or "that's just how it goes" or "I've been waiting way longer than you" is ridiculous. It is a guarantee that nothing ever will change if we all sit back and do absolutely nothing. Are we wasting our time? Maybe. The government is notoriously lazy and difficult to make any noticeable changes. BUT, I'd rather be doing something than just being a floater at the mercy of the waves in this sea of bureaucracy.

I signed it and i think it's a great idea! For those of you who say STOP! Seriously have some issues! You guys have been approved and no it's not around 9-10 months....Even TSC mentioned it..it's 5 months avg...and it's ridiculous how April and May Filers are getting approved before Nov. and Dec filers!!!If you don't like this post then don't read and reply!

Things to keep in mind:
1. The K-1 Visa type was designed to AVOID delay. Even the 5 month processing time was lengthy. But, okay, most of us can accept that.
2. This time has now been extending to some arbitrary, undefined amount (I see 5.5 months, 6.6 months, 10.2 months, 1 year, nothing July 18 and after). It really depends on who you talk to and there is no firmly established guidelines on what the processing time should be and what criteria would cause it to be lengthened. There is no transparency in this process.
3. The processing time change at the whim of CSC. When I started it was 5, now it is July 18, 2012 (which it has been for months now). What will it be tomorrow. If I sit around like an idiot waiting for this processing time to pass, it might never pass based on what appears to be going on.
4. A letter of general complaint to shed light on this issue can and should be sent by any and everyone who cares, whether they started the K1 journey yesterday or have absolutely nothing to do with K1 visas whatsoever. Injustice is injustice no matter how you slice it.
5. The person who is most interested in your case is you. It is your responsibility to stay on top of it.
6. There should be more citizen access to what is going on with our cases.
7. Respectfully inquiring about your case should not negatively affect your case. I have never worked in a government agency where such action was taken, much less tolerated. At worst you will be ignored. At best you will get action to shut you up.

Hi, our skype and facebook chats were not signed by the petitioner as far as they already had Date and Time, so we just print them out.
Here is the final check-list of docs we were sending, hope u will find something useful:
How to assemble package for filing:
1. Check or money order.
2. G-1145 (E-notification)
3. Cover Letter for I-129F (describes what has inside) dated and signed.
4. I-129F - dated and signed. where no answer leave it BLANK (Declaration of how we met: one sheet, dated and signed. On the top of sheet say Attachment to question 34-a of the I-129F form)
5. G-325A - my biography. Attach my photo sign with pencil on back: Photo of __________ (put it in plastic bag and attach to a sheet)
6. G-325A - his biography.DATED AND SIGNED!!! Attach your photo sign with pencil on back: Photo of ____________ (put it in plascit bag and attach to a sheet)
7. Fiancee letter of Intent - dated and signed.
8. Fiance letter of intent - dated and signed.
9. Copy of birth certificate (front and back!!!)
10. Copy of US passport (all pages)
11. Copy of Divorce Decree. (IF ANY)
Proofs of having relationship and that we met:
1. Copies of boarding passes (to Kiev and from Kiev).
2. Photos where we are together (signed on back with date, with our names and places name). Put photos or on plastic bag or paper bag for photos.
3. Skype chats (word document 9 pages, and print screens of chats 11 pages), you can print screen also recent chats.
4. Copy of train tickets (with our names and dates market) - IF ANY
5. Copy of any invoices for the presents you have given to each other etc. - IF ANY
6. Copy of letters envelopes. (IF ANY)
7. Copy of receipt of engagement ring. (IF ANY)
8. Letter from my parents. (Stating he was here and for how long and where he lived etc.) - IF ANY

You can open account settings in Fb and click on Download a Copy of your fb data. Thats the easiest way fb will send you an email with a link to zip folder with all your fb data including chat history.
