@blinda63 my wife forget to tick we have never being married before si we have to fill G325a again and send it back and she will also write a letter stating we have never get married before @lakehouse thanks for your own opinion and I will ask her to call them also

PROOF OF LEGAL TERMINATION OF MARRIAGE

You failed to indicate on your form i130 petition for alien relative or on your G-325A,Biographic information weatheryou or spouse have previously married.if you or your spouse have previously married,you must submit proof of legal termination of marriage.
Submit proof of legal termination of marriage of (MY WIFE SHE IS THE PETITIONER)
SUBMIT PROOF OF legal termination of marriage of (ME)

SUCH PROOF WOULD NORMALLY BE FINAL (ABSOLUTE)DIVORCE DECREE,DEATH CERTIFICATE,ANNULMENT,ETC.iN OTHER FOR THE LEGAL TERMINATION OF THE MARRIAGE TO CONSIDER VALID FOR THE IMMIGRATION PURPOSES IT MUST HAVE REGISTERED WITH CIVIL AUTHORITY.note A DIVORCE NISI IS NOT CONSIDERED TO BE THE EVIDENCE OF FINAL DIVORCE

@dwheels76 we submit copy of wedding certificate ,us passport information page ,nigeria visa issued a copy wedding picture those are all she mail to uscis

@pushbrk we filled for k3 and both the 129f and i130 request for evidence means REF was mail thanks yall that comment on my post we will wait on the hard copy in the mail

Okay great u can't apply. For K1 and fill out the i-129f and I will just advice you should send the paper works to Uscis office California cos that is the fastest uscis office since u have lot of evidence u won't be denied okay

Okay since it was transfer from National Benefit Center to Nebraska that mean it will youe i-130 will be work on in Nebraska

We applied to the office in Chicago. Our NOA1 came on July 12th. Then our case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center on January 3rd. We're still waiting and moderately loosing our sh*t! It looks like they are working on May now, so I guess 2 more months...... Hopefully, not longer.
