Hey Guys,
I filed a petition I751 with a divorce waiver called today and they told me that my case was transfered to California I already had biometrcis and all that.
Is it complicated to get an approval with a waiver? I had some solid evidence I believe and I am just a little concern now
how long do you think it will take should I file a complain regarding the (over 6 months) timeline?
Anyways what do you think?

I have not received a RFE or an Interview request with a Divorce Waiver my case is still not approved does anyone knows if it takes longer with a waiver? I had solid evidence
My case however was for some reason transfered to the California Service Center a few months ago
Anyone in the same situation who has not received a case update?
This is what I can see online
your address was changed relating to the CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED that you filed. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

I am not sure how this works but I will give a try
Here is my situation. Got married in college and got a temporary green card however things did not work after a year so we decided to go on different directions.( over 14 months married but we know each other since 2007 but I guess that's irrelevant)
I am still in touch with her but I got my divorce finalized and applied to remove conditions with a waiver.
Here is the information I provided to USCIS with my package
Fees for the application and form
2 Affidavits (one from her) one form a friend and a sublease agreement
Marriage License, Certificate and Divorce decree
Letter from school showing emergency contact on profile
Bank transfers ( Chase account activity)
Credit cards in both names (One cap one, amex) and a few bills.
Taxes married but filing separate for 2 years
Health Insurance Card
Life insurance card
Costco Cards with activity
Lease from apartments
Brokerage account showing her as my benefitiary
Savings Account
Fasfa and Residency Application for State ( School stuff) showing her as my wife and married
Cell Phone bills ( From Sprint )
Some letters she got to our apartment
Do you think this is good evidence because as far as I understand I just need to show that our relationship was genuine right?

Got an RFE a month ago requesting more evidence. Any advice I am attaching a few more bills and stuff like that but my lawyer is not helping a lot any advice I have until May 29th to send all that. I am applying with a divorce waiver do they usually request a RFE and would this increase my chances of an actual interview.
Any advice would be helpful
I though that my evidence was solid at the time but it seems like USCIS does not agree
I mean I have student loans
sublease
helth insurance
credit cards
life insurance
the only problem that I see is that we were married for a year but that should be irrelevant as there is no time limit right?
