can you fill your timeline or give me the dates you sent the IV package?

For some crazy reason, I am unable to fill my timeline because the system believes there is a duplicate account. I have contacted the administrator and still waiting to have it fixed. I sent the IV package March 7 but they kept my case under review for 2 months before case complete.

Just recieved my checklist via emial. Omg just because i didnt send the last page of the i-864 because since i filled it out myself and didnt have a preparer.should i just resend all of the forms and leave that last page blank or fill in N/a in all sections

I filed it with N/A don't leave it blank because they might send it back. Also you must sent the whole form with all 9 pages.

VENTTT VENNTT AWAY!!!!! I'm pissed too. I've told my husband, sometimes I'm tempted to divorce him and bring him as a boyfriend, because even the fiance visas are getting approved quick. BUUUTTT with my luck by the time i do that, we'd probably get the interview date right away. When was your case complete?

Case Complete 5/16 but I sent everything March 7 and they held it on someone's desk til then.

Seriously!!!! I have been waiting since March 2013 just like you ;( These people are ridiculous!!! They held my case at NVC 42 days before a case complete.... Now this stupid consulate moving.,..I'm so done!!! I thought my girls wod be here way before school starts up, now I don't even know. It's crazy how immigration has control over our lives. It's been controlling mine for the last 4 years!!!

Just received this information from a source in the Domincan consulate. For all the petitioners and beneficiaries waiting for an interview date in the DR, just in case you aren't aware, the consulate is moving next week June13-16. They are currently rescheduling some June interviews pushing them into July. This is why they have not forward the NVC with their July availability. All we can do is wait, but thought I would share this as I am also impatiently waiting for my 2 daughters' interviews......

Can either persons call NVC or is it only the petitioner that can call?

Either can definitely call NVC, they will just ask you beneficiary name and date of birth and petitioner name and date of birth. Then they will ask who is calling. My husband used to call when I was petitioning for him.

Hi welcome to the journey!!! I would strongly suggest you read the reviews for the Dominican consulate. Also gather as much evidence as you can like cell phone bills, skype conversations, text messages, emails etc because for DR you are a fraud until proven innocent! lol!!! Other than that you should be fine! Good luck...

Correct! You should definitely go to USCIS and create a user name and sign in so that you receive up to date information on your case via email and text. Your case will probably be transferred one more time, since this seems to be common right now. My stepdaughters case has been transferred 3 times since Thursday and the last message I received today said it was currently being processed so hopefully I will receive an approval shortly!!!1
