- Allow for a minimum of 2 weeks after NOA2
- Her new address will be inputted on the DS-260, no need to call
- Anytime
I will give it another week then. Thank you. The reason why I asked about the change of address is because I initially thought:
* USCIS mails case to NVC
* NVC then mails further instructions to petitioner and beneficiary (wife)
Have I misunderstood?

Hello.
My case was approved on Dec. 30 and was shipped to the Dept. of State on January 3.
1. When will my case get to NVC?
2. When should I call to change my wife's address in her home country?
3. When should I call to get the NVC case # and IIN?
Thank you. Happy New Year!

PD March 20, Transfer to NSC Nov. 7, no answer yet.
Whoa! Mine is April 1 and I get more anxious every single day that passes. I should probably keep myself busy with other things.

I think that NSC does not have enough adjudicators for I-130.
Is there a way to know if someone is adjudicating our cases?

Do you happen to know if those who received the NOA2 had their case updated by USCIS on the USCIS website? Or did they just receive the mail?

April 10 and onward NOA1 have been receiving their NOA2. What could be the reasons behind this? They did not misplace my packet, did they? I'm the USC and actually a dual citizen (Philippine). Is my case supposed to take longer than the rest?
P.S.
I've just realized that my post is in the wrong category. I intended to put this in IR-1/CR-1XXXXXXXXX category. My apologies. Please help me move it.

I understand. Thank you for the timely response and very useful information.

Hi fellow VJ users,
This is my situation.
I am a USC and petitioning for my spouse. I have no income ATM; I've just graduated from the University.
Both my parents are going to be joint sponsors. The plan is that once I move back to the US with my wife, we will be living with my parents and two siblings for a few months.
1. As the petitioner, I will be filling up an I-864 form.
2. My father will be filling up an I-864A, since we will be in the same household?
3. My mom will also be filling up an I-864A, since we will be in the same household?
When I file these forms, I will have to physically mail them to NVC, and I was wondering if we will have them back or should I make two copies? One for NVC and one for my wife which she will be using for the interview?
Thank you.

Thank you. I have seen and read the posts before. I wish to know how many weeks or days it takes to input my case in their system. I called once a day since two days ago, but no luck. It still has not been inputted as they are unable to find my receipt # (MSCxxxxxxxxxxx).
