do you mean, denied upon entry in the airport? they already have the multiple entry visa hence they won't be going to the US Embassy. 

Hello I would like to get any insights from anyone. I am planning to let my parents visit US again. Both of them have their multiple entry visas already. Both of them Had entered US already at the same time. Would it (US immigration) still allow them to get in the US again while immigration petition is already submitted?

Did you have your interview with the consular officer already?

If you did and they did not ask for anymore documents then wait for 30-60 days till you receive baby's CRBA. If you requested for her passport then it should arrive with the CRBA. After which you need to contact SS desk at USEM to apply for babyS SSN.

Hi peachesjae, thanks for the information. Our appointment is scheduled next month. I hope my baby's CRBA and passport will be good already as early as 30 days after our appointment. Do I need to set another appointment then for my baby's SSN?

Hi! Can anyone in here could give me a picture how long can a "Consular Report of BIrth abroad"gets approved? Backgrounder, I am here in the Philippines and to attend yet the appointment for CRBA of my child who is now 2 months old.

Hi Friends,

We have applied for I130 on April 18, 2013 and up to this moment we haven't receive yet the approval of NOA1. A backgrounder, my husband is a US Military but he is not in combat. Thus we cannot apply for the expedite of my application. I am currently here in the Philippines while he is now in California. What is the next step after obtaining the NOA1 approval? How long normally could "everything" gets approved after NOA1?
