  1. My RFE wasn't even that difficult :( it was just proof of US citizenship, why would it take 60 days?! It's been too much already!!! I'm dying... I'm literally crying as I write these words. I try to avoid the question "have you heard anything yet?" from my husband as much as possible to not get sad and cry on our Skype calls like we usually do..... Please somebody guide me on how exactly can I contact these people or the senator or congressman or whoever!!!! I'm US citizen born in Maryland and living in Maryland but my case is in California and in RFE Review status... ? I don't know what to do

  2. I hope you get a quick response! ? this pain is the absolute worse.

I filed July 29th 2013. Got transferred to California on January 2014 and got a RFE February 4th, and the new update of RFE Review yesterday night. My RFE was proof of US Citizenship. They asked for copy of my birth certificate, passport and a passport style photo of me and my husband. (ALL THIS I HAD ALREADY SUBMITTED, why did they ask for it again?)

Well ? I guess we just have to continue waiting

  3. Hi! I received an update today of my case:

On January 22, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Please somebody tell me what's next!!

I filed July 29 2013. My case # starts with

    Msc1391576.....

  4. Hi to all. I just found this forum today, I've been reading every single post for the past 3 hours. I am an i-130 July filer. Priority date July 29. A lawyer helped me file and send everything and I have my MSC case number already. I checked my status and it's on "Initial Review"

I've only received one mail since I've send the package (receipt of 420 fee and msc number)

    Is this normal?

I feel devastated, in agony. I can never sleep well :( I miss my husband terribly.

About the lawyer who helped, sometimes I feel like he did something wrong? Or we didn't send some kind of important information? Like a sponsor, I don't have one, is it necessary? Is it required?

If I have a case number, does this mean everything was done right?

What should I do next? I read somewhere here that there was a why to speed the process. What will they ask me for next? I'm so afraid :(
